 Registration - Submit button grayed out.
Article There are a few things that might cause the submit button to be greyed out. Here are some suggestions:

1) Please make sure you type in your information. Copy/paste will not always update the fields.
2) Please make sure that your selected password is at least 8 characters in length.
3) Please make sure that all appropriate boxes are checked.
